Step into a sacred container of transformation, where the element of Fire invites you to ignite your inner power, burn through old patterns, and embody your radiant truth. This immersive day retreat is a journey of sacred embodiment, soulful presence, and awakening, held in community with others who are ready to rise. Through the alchemy of Prana Vinyasa Yoga, sacred sound, elemental rituals, and a Nordic ceremonial sauna experience, we will move together—and apart—into the depths of fire’s wisdom. We will begin as one: gathering in practice, breath, and movement, awakening the solar energy within each of us. Then we will split into gender-specific circles—a space for men and women to each be held, witnessed, and supported on their unique journey of reclaiming inner fire, power, and presence. Later, we will reunite in the heat of the sauna, releasing through sweat, silence, and sacred steam. Fire teaches us to burn away the old, to stand in the heat of our truth, and to rise from the ashes with courage and clarity.
