We’re conditioned to believe that a good life must be earned through doing more and more.
I’ve learned that fulfillment is remembered — through the wisdom of the body, our connection with the land, and the cycles that guide all life.
Dorothee Marossero

There comes a moment in a woman’s life when effort no longer works.
When pushing feels exhausting.
When pleasing feels hollow.
When success, productivity, and “having it together” no longer touch the deeper longing inside.
From Busy Striving To Fully Alive is an invitation into that moment —
not to fix yourself, but to slow down and remember how to live. With presence, joy, and a steady sense of who you are.
Why it matters!
We live in a world that keeps us in our heads, rushing, producing, and pushing through.
Over time, we lose touch with our bodies, our natural rhythms, and the quiet signals that tell us when to slow down, rest, or change direction.
Reconnecting with the elements — both around us in nature and within us — matters because it brings us back to something deeply human and reliable.
The steadiness of the earth reminds us how to feel supported.
The movement of water helps us soften and feel again.
The warmth of fire reconnects us with energy and aliveness that doesn’t come from force.
The breath of air clears the noise and creates space.
Space integrated all of the other elements, and helps us expand, find our voice, our truth, and claim space in this world.
When we remember these simple, living qualities, we stop trying to control life and begin to relate to it. We move from striving to listening, from surviving to feeling fully alive — not by adding more, but by coming home to what has always been there.
The cost of not reconnecting with our deeper essence
The cost of not reconnecting to your deepest essence is subtle, but profound. It looks like moving through life on autopilot, feeling busy yet strangely empty, capable yet disconnected, successful yet not truly fulfilled.
Over time, the body tightens, joy dulls, intuition quietens, and exhaustion becomes normal. We adapt, we cope, we keep going — but we forget what it feels like to be fully here, fully alive.
The real loss isn’t productivity or success; it’s the quiet fading of aliveness, presence, and the deep sense of not being at home within yourself.

What becomes possible when you do!
When you reconnect, something essential softens and wakes up.
Your body begins to feel like an ally again, not something to push through.
Clarity replaces constant noise. Energy returns without forcing.
You start to trust yourself — your timing, your feelings, your inner yes and no.
Life doesn’t suddenly become perfect, but it becomes inhabited.
You move with more ease, respond instead of react, and experience moments of real presence, joy, and quiet confidence.
What becomes possible is not a new version of you — but the freedom to live as who you already are.

What the 5-Day Program Is
This is a guided 5-day experience to help you reconnect to yourself — and to the elements that live both around you and within you. Each day, we move through a morning practice, led online, designed to awaken a different quality of your body, mind, and energy.
Can’t make it live? No problem — all sessions are recorded, so you can watch, follow, and practice anytime. You’ll also receive a practical booklet that explains the power of elemental wisdom and guides you through simple exercises to enliven each part of yourself.
Read it, reread it, and use it at home to bring presence, energy, and aliveness into everyday life.
Over these five days, you will:
-
Learn teachings for each element in a clear, approachable way
-
Experience practices that bring their qualities alive in your body and mind
-
Discover tools to restore balance, presence, and energy
-
Keep everything to continue your practice long after the program ends

What it is not!
-
It is not a fitness challenge or anything that requires extreme effort or flexibility.
-
It is not spiritual or mystical in a way that requires belief — you don’t need prior knowledge of the elements.
-
It is not a one-time fix — it’s a gentle guide to reconnecting, with tools you can keep and return to anytime.
-
It is not competitive or about comparison — there’s no “right” or “wrong” way to participate.
-
It is not another to-do on your already busy list — the practices are short, simple, and designed to fit into your life, not add pressure.
This program is about reconnecting to yourself, feeling more alive, and discovering simple ways to move from striving to presence.
We are living in a time of profound disconnection — from the land, from our bodies, from the natural rhythms that once guided our becoming. In the speed and noise of modern life, something ancient and essential has been forgotten.
And yet, within this forgetting, a quiet remembering is stirring.
Not as an idea to be learned, but as a lived truth to be embodied.
It is about learning how to live it differently.
Elemental Wisdom
The 5-day experience is guided by Elemental Wisdom, a simple, practical way to connect with the intelligence of nature — both around you and within you.
Each day focuses on one element, offering a clear teaching and a gentle practice to explore its energy in your body, mind, and life. You’ll move through daily online sessions, supported by a practical booklet with exercises to continue at home, so you can keep reconnecting long after the program ends.

Embodiment Practices
At the heart of this work is Prana Vinyasa Yoga — a living, breathing practice developed by Shiva Rea that reconnects you to your own life force.
Prana Vinyasa is not about perfect poses or pushing the body.
It is a rhythmic, intelligent movement practice guided by breath, sensation, and inner awareness — moving from the inside out, rather than performing from the outside in.
This practice teaches you to listen.
To feel energy move.
To honour your natural rhythms and inner timing.
A profoundly transformative practice.

Why This Work Is Different Than Other Approaches
Unlike other programs that focus only on movement, mindfulness, or theory, this experience brings everything together in a simple, embodied way. You don’t just learn about the elements — you feel them in your body, energy, and daily life.
It’s practical and accessible, designed for anyone, regardless of prior experience with yoga, meditation, or spiritual practices. You get live guidance, reflection time, and a tangible booklet to continue practicing at home, so the learning isn’t fleeting — it becomes part of you.
Most programs ask you to do more, push harder, or fit into someone else’s idea of “progress.” This program is different: it meets you where you are, helping you slow down, reconnect, and awaken your own aliveness — naturally, gently, and fully embodied.

This 5-day journey is for you if
You feel busy, yet not grounded.
You sense that parts of you have been left behind — the joyful, present, fully alive you.
You long to feel steady, energised, and deeply resourced from within.
You’re not looking for more information, but for wisdom that lives in your body, not just your mind.
