A restorative yoga and sound bath series

Join us for a restorative yoga and crystal bowl sound healing session, carefully crafted to align with the current lunar energies, offering a pathway to your personal flourishing.

Guided by Yoga teacher and Women Empowerment Coach Dorothee Marossero and Meditation and Yoga teacher Kellie Ulyate, this experience will feature a restorative yoga practice complemented by crystal bowl accompaniment and insights from astrology, providing opportunities for journaling and reflection to fully embrace the present moment.

Those sessions are held every couple months in alignment with lunar energies.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative Yoga is a practice of deep rest—a gentle yet powerful way to release stress and tension stored in the body. With fully supported postures, your body gradually unwinds, allowing the nervous system to shift from fight-or-flight into deep relaxation. This practice helps clear energetic blockages, leaving you with a sense of lightness and renewal. While stillness can sometimes bring up sensations, know that you are fully supported—feel free to adjust, move, and honor your comfort throughout.

SOUND HEALING

Sound moves through us like waves, flowing into the deepest currents of our being—physical, mental, emotional, and energetic. Just as water holds memory and responds to vibration, so too do we. Sound helps release stagnant energy, soothe the nervous system, and restore inner harmony.

SACRED SONG MEDICINE

Song medicine is the intentional use of voice, vibration, and sound to support emotional, energetic, and spiritual healing. It's an ancient and intuitive practice that speaks directly to the heart — bypassing the thinking mind and inviting the body and spirit to soften, open, and remember.

Dorothee shares song medicine through soulful songs and sacred mantras, weaving sound as a bridge to the divine. These vibrations gently clear stagnant energy, uplift the spirit, and help restore inner harmony. Her voice becomes a vessel — guiding others to tune in deeply, raise their frequency, and reconnect with their true essence.

CONNECTION

We close each In Tune with the Moon gathering in a circle of connection — sharing tea, nourishing snacks, and heartfelt conversation. This is a gentle space to land, to integrate the experience, and to simply be together.

Here, stories are exchanged, reflections are welcomed, and new friendships quietly blossom. It’s a time to honour each other’s presence, build community, and remember that we are never alone on this path. In the warmth of shared humanity, the medicine of the evening continues to unfold.
