April 2022 intake! A transformative and holistic online group 12-week program using the 4 wellness pillars of nutrition, movement, mindset and self-care. We will spend time as a group to support each other, share and release some limiting beliefs, while cultivating a connection to the higher Self. Join to continue your developmental process in a supportive group setting and create the wholesome life you deserve! The program follows a 4 steps transformation process: 1) Discover yourself - first 3 weeks 2) Let go - next 3 weeks 3) Elevate your energy - next weeks 4) Awaken to meaning - last 3 weeks The program includes: - A 30 day nutrition challenge that starts on week 5 of the program - 12 e-booklets with reflections and tasks for each pillar each week - Weekly online Yoga practices for each week of the program - Weekly recorded meditations - Other daily self-care tasks and reflections according to the progression of the program - 11 1hr live group sessions with Dorothee Marossero and all participants Check out what participants say about the program: Carve some space, get a journal, a yoga mat and be open for change!
