End-of-Year Mini Retreat: Reflect, Release & Renew at Dorothee's Sanctuary Home As the year draws to a close, you're invited to step away from the busyness and into a sacred space of reflection, nourishment, and gentle renewal. This full-day mini retreat is a heartfelt pause—a time to honor all that this year has held for you, to release what no longer serves, and to begin aligning with the energy and intention you wish to carry into the year ahead. We'll gather in the warm embrace of my home, surrounded by nature and sisterhood, for a soulful day of: 🌿 Embodied movement to awaken and release 🥗 Delicious, chef-prepared food to nourish body and spirit 🔥 A guided sharing circle with reflective questions and deep listening 💧 Optional swim to cleanse and refresh Held in softness and intention, this retreat is a beautiful way to close the chapter of this year and lovingly vision what’s to come. You don’t need to have it all figured out—you just need to show up as you are. Come exhale, come home, come reflect—so you can move forward with clarity, ease, and love.
